Need help?

Everyone gets stuck. Here's the fastest way out.

  1. Search first. Look through #pixl on Slack. Good odds someone hit your exact error and the fix is already sitting there.
  2. Then ask in #pixl. Post the code, the error, and what you've already tried. That last part gets you a useful answer much faster.
  3. Ask Pixo. For questions about rules, eligibility or payout math, tag Pixo on Slack.
Debugging is a core skill

Nobody starts out knowing everything. Reading error logs, searching documentation and asking a clear question are most of the job.

Make tutorials your own

Following a tutorial to learn something is fine. Submitting the untouched result of one isn't. Add your own features and ideas before you ship it.
